Seriou-fucking-sly!I have listened to many guitarists over the years. Satriani , Vai , Malmesteen, Friedman, Gilbert and all the others .... You have your own signature in your music. Your tone is different, its more expressive. You don't focus on showing your off talent like malmesteen and vai, or rely on your pedal board just like satriani does. I appreciate the simplicity in sound production. You play with the note itself, not with pedals. Respect for bringing this music onto our attention.

I downloaded your settings, but stil can't get that sustain, I have a Yngwie customized strat with HS3 & YJM pickups. Are you post producing it thru a mixing board or some software running more FX in the software part, or what, I had to even alter the distortion and reverb setting to get more sustain, maybe its your monitors or something,I am running thru a "SB Audigy" into a straight 5 surround spreaker PC setup, would that make a diff? please post a video showing your COMPLETE sound setup

ok, you could try to lower the action if you want this kind of sustain. The monitors don't affect the tone in this regard.

It's just a POD plugged straight into the computer. No amp, no stomp boxes, no post producing with software FX.

@lavendell as far as the monitors, I was meaning the Speakers you use or do you use studio monitors? would that manke a diff between just a set of 5.1 PC speaker system compared to a set of real powered studio monitors??

BTW this is meant as a compliment, I hear alot of "Jason Becker" influences in this song :)

@MRX2099 Marcus gets great sustain and tone from his fingers...he's an incredible player and would sound great with a Squier running through Wal-mart amp. Equipment only gets you so far...
