Will Arnett is getting his own show "Up All Night," with Christina Applegate and Maya Rudolph this fall, so he's definitely not the new Office boss. Have heard that James Spader may be back, but as Dunder Mifflin's new CEO, replacing Kathy Bates, not as regional manager. I know it's a long-shot, and people may hate me for saying it ... but I'm kind of hoping that Will Ferrell comes back. His last few movies have been a bit lacking, think they could do some great stuff with him on The Office.

Of all the candidates shown in the last episode he was the funniest,I vote for him.I just hope if he is not the chosen one that they don t give the job to that English woman,she may be a good actress but she was not funny,and also I hope they bring somebody new,funny and not one of the existing office staff.Still I hope they take Will Arnett into serious consideration

Rainn Wilson is super funny! And intelligent. But I do too hope Will Arnett would be the new boss. But I hope if he is gonna be the boss, and on that show, he would be well written. He can't be just a Michael Scott/Steve Carell copy. Still, there's no question about that Will Arnett deserves to be in one of the greatest comedies of all time. Though he was is one, Arrested Development, but anyways :)
