Awesome video! You've got some great information! I swear spirulina gives african cichlids better color. I'm not sure if the high protein staple is a good idea for many african cichlids. many are herbivores/omnivores that get the majority of their nutrition from plant matter with only small supplements with meaty and high animal protein foods.

I added this to my favorites to revert back to. This video definitely has a lot of good info. Nice action figure collection too! :P
