Something weird happened with both this song and Prisoner of Society for me. I beat the entire expert campaign except these two with 0ms lag calibration. But for these two I had to set it to 100ms. I actually left PoS on 0ms and just intentionally played the wrong rhythm, which the game thought was right. Then after playing BYOB perfectly on 0ms and failing, I turned it to 100ms and got a 95% on my first try after that.

This is because i presume he plays like me and only down strums. which means you are playing at like double the speed as your having to super fast strum :P

It is easier to up and down strum but i feel more confortable just down strumming majority of songs.
