Rebuild your carb or get a new carb once the low speed needle is turned it's hard to get it back the best thing to do is turn your low speed needle all the way in turn it 2 turns out and if it starts warm it up and continue to turn it out till best results. Sounds like u need a carb. I like you pipe the way it's out the back nice try that

you should set the needles back to there factory settings. they show you how on the traxxas website.
