  • For me to fast

  • @TheZdephinio I'm confused, isn't the song originally at that tempo?

  • @MsFrazzledFro

it's not very to fast. Maybe 7-10bpm:)

  • @TheZdephinio I see. Well, this arrangement has been heavily adapted from the original. Plus, can you imagine about 70 excitable high schoolers trying to sing that slowly? LOL

  • @MsFrazzledFro

It's true that slower singing is much more difficult, but I think that conductor likes this tempo so they singing like this. I simply prefer this piece slower. Did you count?;p

  • @TheZdephinio

    I see. You are conductor;p

  • @TheZdephinio Nah, I'm one of the altos in the video. But I've never liked songs too slow, they require too much sustaining of notes for my liking. Plus, this is generally sung with older people who may or may not have had much opportunity to train their voices recently (like some in this video), so it's easier for them to sing as well. It's more a closing to our concerts than an actual piece, you see.

  • @MsFrazzledFro Maybe it's the best solution with this type of team. Only you, your conductor and your 69 friends know that you gave all of you. Looking exemplary this performance is far of ideal.

  • give props that song is hard to sing specially for us altos! keep it up!

  • @MissJackieMichelle07

    Why it's hard?

  • @TheZdephinio ..so thats what i ment :)

  • @TheZdephinio it was for me bec i had to lead my alto section and they would be doing the melody instead...

  • @TheZdephinio idk? i guess i enjoyed singing more than they did?
