The Thai anti-government protesters are nothing more than a bunch of fascist thugs. It is extremely ironic that they call themselves the People's Alliance for Democracy, when what they really want is to instigate a military coup to overthrow a democratically elected government, so these thugs can get back to enjoy their nice little bourgeois urban upper and middle-class lifestyle at the expense of the rural poor who account for the majority of the Thai population.

Because the PAD, don't respect the votes so they want the PAD in office by force, the PAD took over government building and refuse to leave. The PADs claim that the government is somehow illegitimate, is based on the fanatical belief that the poor do not deserve the right to vote because they are too stupid. This belief is shared by the opposition Democrat Party, which supported the 2006 military coup and is now supporting the actions of PAD by boycotting parliament.
