If I saw this trailer before ever hearing about Guild Wars, I would probably be really put off. I mean, it's a pretty good game, but they're so bad at advertising it as unique in the slightest. "Now, a new danger threatens us all …" Yeah, how many times have you heard that one?

@rawr68 Maybe so but (im not against GW and im not support WoW) The WotLK expansion is taken from warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne, thats where all the story and areas come from and warcraft 3 has been out for years. I wanna play guild wars but dont want to spend any money im skint :(

@Zmaztermind considering that the people who made ncsoft used to be part of Blizzard, this isn't surprising. and before we get anything else confused, all mmorpgs copy off each other. NONE of them are completely original. they each have little bits of each other so saying which one came first is completely irrelevent. END OF.

@karaaziz I never said they were identical. I said they copy traits off each other. for example, guildwars had achievements, now WoW has them as well. WoW had races, now GW (will have) as well. I have yet to see an mmo that is completely unique. an mmo might have a new feature that is unique, but this is usually copied by other games very very quickly. its a fact of life.

@tzerokool As far as I know there hasn't been a release date yet. They haven't even announced the beta yet. It probably won't come out before Q3 2011 at the least. TBH I don't care that much about GW2 as GW1 was such a failure in my eyes.

The one thing that confuses me is when u help gwen in Pre shes a little girl yea .... but 6 yrs later shes like a 20 year old with really bad hair.... how that works i dunno. All u wondering whether or not 2 get EOTN GET IT it helps a lot (3 lvl 20 heroes in the first 20mins of play) that helps u out heaps and it is very fun to play especially the ebon vanguard and Asura. It is also more challenging than the other campaigns
