well seems to me you didnt do your homework on the seller thers alot of frauds out there that you have to watch out for ebay is great for anything under 1000 but if your gonna buy a HD TV or ps3 or some other high ticket item id suggest just going and picking it up at the local store (walmart, bestbuy, kmart wherever there sold) :)
