Okay gonna help people out here. Go to pirate bay and search redsn0w then dl this one RedSn0w 0.9.6 rc8 iOS 4.2.1, 4.3, 4.3.1 Mac + Windows. Now for windows make sure you are running it in compatibility mode and as admin. Once you open up Redsn0w, go to task manager and click show from all users and right click redsn0w process. Then then click set afinity, uncheck cpu 0. This is so it doesn't crash while jailbreaking.
