That is excellent advice and it makes so much sense. I will have to remember that next time I'm going through a rough patch. It's something I really need to apply to my life. I tend to get so absorbed in the negative when I'm stressed. Thank you for sharing that with me.
@BostonDeeta Thank you! I always remember there will be good and bad days and frustrating days and days I am absolutely in LOVE with life! When the bad days come I remember they are temporary. It's a day it doesn't represent my year or my entire life. I also have a theme song that makes me feel better when I listen to it so I can easily alter my mood. 95% of life is how we see things, and how we act upon what we see.
2011, has been a terrible year for me. Financially and emotionally. I have felt lost and confused, just alot of turmoil. I have felt like there is no hope. I pray for everyone that 2012 will be a better year. Many blessings for everyone.
