  • You can never be too thin to go on camera... unless of course we can't see you!! lol. The first time I went raw, I dropped down to 103# (I'm 5'4") and everyone told me I looked emaciated. However, I FELT AMAZING & ALIVE like never before. Eventually, you will start to put on healthy weight. Keep listening to your body and not the critics. =)

  • That's true. I just read an article tonight that the key to longevity in mice studies is low caloric intake. Now they have figured a way to fool the body resulting in happier mice that are leaner and live longer.

  • @liferegenerator Dan do you only eat fruits,vegetables,nuts and seed? What about legumes and whole grain like brown rice?

    Because I find it hard to get the daily calorie intake just off those since fruits and vegetables have such low calories and need a ton of volume to even get 2000 calories , also how many do calories do you consume a day?

  • you are my inspiration...that video when you talked about other people nagging you that are just jealous of your comittment to health. I agree. they want an excuse for their poor quality of food choices. I get it all the time, and keeping perspective really does help when it comes down to it. :) THANK YOU!! And please don't stop making videos just b/c of your size. I love them! If you don't want to because of a personal choice thing, then that's totally cool. Can't wait until you make another...

  • I feel like a failure Dan, when I start to eat the green vegetables they just taste soo green and kinda like bluhh tasting ya know? How can I re train my taste buds to love God's natural food and not the processed foods like I have been eating?

    By the way, I think you look very nice and that other people who may comment on your weight are just jealous because it is a sign of your strength with raw foods and they cannot be strong enough to follow through with it the way you have.

  • Take it easy on yourself and remember, when you've been eating the standard Diet for so Long, than just Naturally Greens are strong for most people. Your body and taste buds are not used to Powerful flavors of Greens.

    The solution for you is easy, use more Fruit in your Green Juices so that you dont taste so much Green . SLOWLY, add in more Greens over the Months

    and before you know it, you'll be able to consume your Goals in Greens, Give your Taste buds time

  • I was just like you, at 1st i couldnt tolerate more than just 1 ounce of Green Juice at a time. but Now  from doing what i suggested, im able to drink TONS of Green juice and my body now Luvs it

    Just like with anything in Life thats new and different, you have to give your body and taste sensations time to adapt

    im 100% Vegan, and My goal is to be 90% Raw, right now im at around 60%, But i do drink 1/2 Gallon of Fresh Raw Organic Green Juice Every day

  • Dan can you maybe count your calories one day and tell us roughly how much you eat in a day?

    how much do you weigh anyways? and how tall are ya?

    When I look at you, I don't see skinny, I see a really clean body with healthy cells. And you have good muscle tone. I think people are so used to seeing puffed up people which is often times just water weight, diluting the salt from their diets. I'm skinny too, but I still have bloating in my lower abdomen. I would kill to be as lean as you!

    Dave the raw trucker was bloated and sick as hell and he went in for a colonic and lost 2 belt sizes and his whole face changed! literally!! Do you believe in colonics? I have seen them do miracles for all the gas released during the cleansing healing process!

  • Wow!!! At 6-2 in. you have a lot of muscle on you bro! The taller you are the harder it is to pack muscle on the bone due to having longer limbs. I think the average height in North America is 5-9 so everyone who comments on you being skinny is used to short and squat people.

    Ive already mentioned to you before that I am a bodybuilder as well and so I KNOW you have a lot more muscle on your frame than people think...your body is HEALTHY. People dont realize the SAD doesnt feed lean body tissues

  • I tried one not long ago and it didn't go well. Nothing was 'happening'. Not something I'd want to go through again. Rather just eat clean and let nature do her work.
