So she was maybe 5, I will also totally assume the ponies are about the same age (Only Fluttershy is a year older then Pinkie Pie xD). Rarity also owns her own shop so she can be no younger then 20. So I would guess Spike is around 15 maybe?

@frypoddie Actually he's not that young Twilight hatched him when she was a filly herself, he's called a "Baby Dragon" But his species lives for 1000's of years (hell they take 100 year long naps) So really spike is most likely the human equivlant to his young teens where as the pony gang are most likely late teens early 20's still abit creepy, but meh...i've seen far worse (specially in anime, lol) so its all good. I look foward to seeing their mutant dragacorn babies, lol.

Baby dragon is in reference to his age on the dragon scale. He is not the equivalent of a pony baby. Years wise, he's not that much younger than Twi.

It's still a bit weird when you apply our laws onto them, but hey its their world.
