  • Carla to my friends and enemies.

Trace: "And Queen Cobra to my wrestling opponents!"

LMFAO!!!!!!! If this movie was on MST3K Crow would have totally said that!

  • That line where Steban says "what's that?" and Mary Jo Pehl says "It sounds like Moe and Curly" was hilarious.

  • I think rifftrax may be little better. :(

  • @shadowkontrol How so? Just because they put out more product? Maybe they do,but not all of them are THAT funny, are they? If Mike,Kevin and Bill used their own money, they wouldn't be making as many as they are now...

  • Ugh. I loved the earliar CT, but the live stuff is awful. I don't want to hear the goddamn audience. I hate laugh tracks, and I don't like the way it looks at all.

  • @Cespinarve If you like it or not,at least the live stuff is A LOT funnier than the studio versions...

  • @mrgb46 Disagree. Personally, I liked the studio version better. The look was better, and the jokes were just as good, plus the in-between segments were cool. And you don't have the audience laughing at everything. Must be 2 drink minimum. I thought the "live" was a clever release, but never thought it was going to be permanent.

  • @rburnsiv To each his own,but the live stuff is A LOT funnier..Maybe it's permanent because they're cheaper to make..The host segments or the in between skits were so so at best, but like I said,to each his own.Don't buy it,if you don't like it.

  • @Cespinarve You can't hear the audience over the riffs and the movie, can you? No..Don't like it,then don't buy it.Remember that next time you buy or watch Rifftrax Live because you're going to hear the audience and you'll see Mike,Kevin and Bill off to the side of the screen...

  • great now I have to start all over

    my favorite line

  • This was uploaded 13 months ago! And there hasn't been a CT release since then! C'mon guys, your rivals at RT are at least churning out DVDs and shorts downloads so often it's tough to keep up. Please come out with more dvds! Even if they're all live (which I actually like over the studio releases), it's something!

  • @itwontbez They've got new dvd's coming out, which means War of the Insects could come out in December and Rattlers in January, which I was told by a friend of mine who seen them in Ca..The reason why CT doesn't put out more dvd's is because they're financed and produced by them, unlike Riffrax..I wonder how much dvd's and shorts Rifftrax would release if it came out of Mike,Kevin and Bill's pocket? Not as much,I tell you that..

  • @mrgb46 A very good point about the guys at RT. I knew that CT would be releasing more dvds soon, I just didn't mention it in my first comment. I don't want to disparage Rifftrax, because I like much of what they do, but I don't LOVE their work the way I do with Cinematic Titanic's. Add to the fact that RT seems to want to eventually phase out DVDs (as evidenced by their huge download selection compared to dvd releases) and it only makes me like them less.

  • @itwontbez WAR OF THE INSECTS is out now...Have you thought maybe the reason why they don't put out more dvd's is because the money comes out of their own pockets?? Plus, the tour year round, don't they? I wonder if Rifftrax could do that?

  • @mrgb46 Not trying to pick a fight with you here! I completely understand why CT doesn't release many DVDs, because they're the ones financing the entire endeavour. RT would probably have the same output if given similar circumstances.

  • @itwontbez Don't mean to sound like I'm picking a fight either, but there have been fans who are upset that CT doesn't put out as many dvd's or that they don't perform close to where they live.Sorry to sound like I was trying to...

  • Best part: 2:36!

  • 1: 15. The joke by itself is funny, but Trace's delivery puts it over the top. Pure gold.

  • I saw this live in SF on my birthday. BEST BIRTHDAY EVER.

  • @Spameggssausage

Awesome! =) Did you have them autograph anything?

  • @IrishEyedBlue yeah they autographed my program. they were really nice especially Frank and Trace.

  • Brings back many memories of MST3K, but no crow and servo :(.

  • Carla, to my friends and enemies.

"And Queen Cobra to my wrestling opponents!"

  • I gotta say, I like CT's format a lot better than RT's.....

I would love to see these guys live!

  • I saw this live in NYC and laughed continuously. To top it off I got to MEET THEM! They signed my MST3K mug with Joel and the bots. That was 9 months ago.

  • "Mrs. Roper wasn't even this horny" ... Love it

  • These guys aren't working quickly enough!

  • @PunchSydeiron If you mean by putting out new dvd's,they have WAR OF THE INSECTS out already and plus, they're using their own money to finance and produce them, too.

  • I saw it at the Calvin Theater in Northampton, Massachusetts. I got to meet the whole cast of Cinematic Titanic.

  • @bohochic27 I was there too.

  • I kind of want this theme song as my ringtone.

  • Why won't they put MST3K in downloadable WMV or MP4 formats to buy?? WHY??!!!

  • "Nice night for it, though!" :D I love how MST3K still goes on, in spirit! And with TWO different shows! I don't think another TV show out there can say that. (unless you count spin offs)

  • Is it just me, or did a lot of cheesy/crappy movies, some of which were riffed by Cinematic Titanic star a short person or a few? (Didn't want to use a politically incorrect words or terms for them)

Consider this, "The Oozing Skull", "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians," and "Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks"

  • Johnny Lingo, Johnny Lingo! Now I see where they got the idea of Fantasy Island – public domain is such a vast inspiration for quality television programming ; )

I always knew MST3000 would never quite leave us in the dark!

  • Looks like another stinker of a flick! Hard to believe these movies were actually made... "Script? Oh, we don't need THAT!" ;-)

  • It's better with just silhouettes, less distracting. But I like the live audience... sorta.

  • My Tuesday has been made; ironically, this DVD comes out on a payday. :D Looks great!

  • Whoa, is the young guy in this from "Attack of the the Eye Creatures"?!

  • saw this live in atlanta last year. so glad its for sale now! wooooooooo!! i touched joel!!

  • @mymelody30 I saw them in chicago last year and I got to touch Joel as well!!!

  • I must remember not to buy food or drink at the Boston show, as I nearly choked on my iced tea while watching this.

  • god I wish my hair was that big...

  • Juan Stamos.......

  • I am SO getting this! (I have all the others) :)

  • @fixman88 Can I borrow them? XD

  • Read the sign, you must be this tall to enter!

  • Saw them in Milwaukee riffing "Samson and the Seven Miracles of the World". It was amazing.

  • You can see the riffers better, that's a plus

But after three live DVDs I kinda hope to see them back in silhouette, you gotta love the nostalgia of the silhouettes

Still getting this though! Can't wait for June 15th! CT in Cincy!!

  • @ChannelBluesy I'm sure they're doing this to also save money on production. But I agree that I miss their original CT set up with the Time Tube and being led through the corridors to the theater area. Miss the skits they had throughout the movie.

  • @chopsnslams Joel said they wanted to be more directly connected with the audience, and that's why they removed the puppets/etc....but yeah, it's probably to save money

  • @chopsnslams Joel said he wasn't all that happy with the time tube and glad they got rid of it..The skits were so so to good to forgettable at best.Nothing against them as writers or performers,of course. There was no need to repeat what they already had done on MST3K..This is a lot better..

  • @chopsnslams This is just a live version, Im sure they still use those skits in the normal version

  • I went to the Northampton showing

  • I'm too sexy for my lines...

  • I WAS THERE I WAS THERE!!! It was awesome! Nonstop laughter throughout the entire movie. I GOT TO MEET THEM!!! I got to say stupid and empty things to my heroes!!! ... btw, what's a restraining order? ... no seriously, Belieu wins the "most charming for that evening award" I mentioned to him that he was the voice of Tom Servo... when I was thinking "CROW YOU MORON - HE WAS CROW!!!" ... how do I measure 200 ft??? :(

  • Glenn Gould, heh heh

  • A great movie for Cinematic Titanic: Creation of the Humanoids!

  • I can hardly wait!

  • I saw this live in Atlanta, and just about laughed my ass off. :)

  • I saw this live in NYC. This show rocks!

  • i saw them do this live in chicago. holy shit i had never laughed and cried so hard in my life!!!! my sides hurt so bad by the end of it, and i reeeeeeeeaaaaaallly had to pee!!!!!

  • I saw this live twice. Classic!

  • I was there that night! It was very funny!!

  • @jlpesq Where was the show?

  • @Jont2047 I think at the Largo in LA. The other live shows were taped there that same week.

  • "I'm too sexy for my lines."

  • Brides of Blood, 1968.

  • keep 'em comin'! I was worried you guys had disappeared!!
