Yasmina comes across as hard and abrasive. I wouldn't buy anything off her because she doesn't come across as a sympathetic person or a saleswoman I could trust. I've seen a number of people with her personality "type" at work - career focused with an icy demeanour.

@athull08 The idea seems to be that car cleaning would be easier because there's a pre-made market; you don't need to 'sell' car cleaning and you don't particularly care who does it. 'When you want your car cleaned you want your car cleaned' in contrast to 'when you want to buy a car you don't necessarily want to buy a Ford'. The point is sensible enough; not sure it's true in practice though.
