From 81 agility defiantly use summer pies to use gnome....

hunter is a grind until you can do draconic jadinkos. just make sure you have the herbs/potions for herblore habitat before you get to 78 hunter. then use hunter pots to catch drakonics, you can also lay 5 traps at once when you are potted. Also juju mining potions are FTW :]

your better off doing the wildy course with the boots because on the last obsticle of ape atol course only gives 1.5x bonus xp at the end of each lap where as wildy gives 2x

for farming, i do willows, curry trees and calquats with herb runs. i get around 33k a day. and im 88 farming :D i dont care how long it will take (im guessing 90 days when i hit 91) becuase i will be planting fellstalks aswell) WELFARFE FARMING FTW

Since you asked for training suggestions: addy ingot iii at artisan workshop for 99 smithing, its deffinatly worth it to do magic and palm for farming, do construction for bxpw not herb, it will give you amazing xp, and you can do overloads to 99 herb easy. I'm not too sure about hunter, its my lowest skill too, but c2 fishing is defiantly doable at almost any fishing level. c2 fishing takes a lot of attention so you can afk monkfish/cavefish/rocktails when you don't feel like tryharding.
