The workout has probably been geared to fire up the nervous system specifically for the sprints. Im guessing the prowler is used to overload and mimic the mechanical position of the body in the first 10 yards, so come the test you fly off the start and feel like there's no resistance. We do similar work with reigns. Cool vid!
