wow really dont get me wrong ima huge dead fan but ringo and mickey hart?, u ever here of drummer named neil pert thinks thats how it's spelt from band called rush ?
spelt? Is that a word used in the english language? And to put a drummer from a plastic band called rush where the singer sounds like someone has him by the nut's in the same sentence with mickey and you did not even billy who i think is a better drummer is brainless.
I was at these shows (3) I think I met the guy who recorded these. I was with Jay from Mass and we went o some motel atfer the show and 3 dudes were just watching the show they recorded eating Pizza. They werent very friendly,so we dis not stay long............GOOD SHOWS!!
the people you describe here that recorded this were the people who would not let other people get copies because they are control freaks and more than that they are losers, the only friends they have are each other.and are just complete a//holes.they gave taping a real bad name.they are skum.
I USED TO LISTEN TO THIS ALL THE TIME WEN I WAS A BABY AND A TODDLER AND A LITTLE KID WITH MY DAD and i hvnt listened to it until now since he left !!!!!
One of the better shows I attended, only time I ever heard Lost Sailor live. Turns out it was the last time they ever played it. Saw the last Day Job as well (Hartford 4-5-86), though I'm sure no one cares.
@WeatherReport07 , Saw a killer " Day job" at Mad. sq. garden in sept. 82 opening nite (they played 2 shows) it was the last song of the 1st set, brought the house down! They should have played this song alot more really! A great tune for sure! Peace!
@jiggymelt ,Forgive me,but what exactly do you mean? I saw the Dead do an exellent version of day job back then. Oh I see(I think?) you're against the word "killer" I used in expressing their "barn burning" performance? straight talk, what are you trying to say?
Spent the 1st set on the floor about 30 feet from the stage (got some good pix) and the 2nd set wandering around the upper tiers of the Spectrum, smoking monumental amounts of juicy purple herb. Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh......some of the best times of my life!!!!!
Awesome!

you fanboys are smoking crack. Mickey Hart is a hack, and Ringo was always considered pretty weak as drummer's go.
Not a fan of Rush, but Neil Pert is legendary. Don't forget Keith Moon, John Bonham, Phil Collins, and Karl Palmer either.
Thus endeth the lesson
