This is very very cool. But you need to add +1 to the beginning and then -1 at the end of your rep. You should try to setup this system to select the weight for you? when you say 90lbs it will select 90lbs ;)
You should patent that system and sell it to a company.. or even better, go opensource and give away the technology without the risk of someone selling it "for you" ...
