Does anyone know which guitar he is playing. It´s a Martin Dreadnought obviously, but I have got no idea which model it is exactly. Sorry for my English, I´m German...
this band and willy are the shit. check out my review of their new cd "We Used To Think The Freeway Sounded Like A River" at Blurt-online in the next couple days...
I come from Galway in Ireland and I discovered what my Rock 'n' roll is after seeing Richmond Fontaine play here one night. I felt i finally got it somehow after seeing them. Not completely, but i began to understand what Rock 'n' roll could mean. The sound was real, spectral, and i was moved at how humble they were and how generous they were with their music and their thanks to the crowd. The music "industry" needs more bands like Richmond Fontaine
Amazing band, beautiful song, great version....as the 1st comment says, why won't the crowd be a little quieter!

I love this scaled-back version--Willy's voice and the lyrics front and center, the music pulling and aching in the background.

I just wish, as always, that the audience would SHUT UP and realize what they are getting to witness.
