Do to the fact that this video was made back in March means that it will be inaccurate.

You are talking about 'high quality', and not 'high definition'. High definition requires specific settings and such and is a pain.

What do you mean? Search YouTube for '&fmt=22'. Then when you watch a video, add '&fmt=22' to the end of the URL (or click the link in the description). All you have to do is upload a video in 720p or 1080p.
