No, it was the female goldfinch I just blanked for a second and hen commented that I knew what it was. Thanks though. LOL, it'd be sad if I didn't know the Chickadee, as it is the state bird :) Ironically, I moved here from NJ, the Goldfinch is the state bird of NJ.

Thanks a lot! And yes, they are american gold finches. The drabber ones are either females or imm. males.

those are chickadees ,there small with a black cap and black neck ,there all over north america ....
