Then they took a honeymoon using the Gate of time in the Control Room they discovered while traveling around Ludibrium a few months ago, thus giving birth to a new Legend: Mercedes.

Closely they almost got back in the current time, but then the boy named Evan is the reason Mercedes stayed back there, thus became a Hero...

Aran went back to go fight the Black Mage with his fellow heroes after making sure the citizens escaped.

Freud ran from the battle to protect the egg Evan would later get, which was Afrien's (his dragon) wish.

Afrien, Aran, and Mercedes were all frozen by the Black Mage's curse. They were freed later on, but Afrien is trapped on an island.
