  • i had one and loved it. i scratched and mixed with it

  • does anyone know if u can scratch on this model turntable

  • @sircedric5 yes as will all tt's if you add a slipmat it will allow you to scratch - I would not reccomend it as these are old tt's and would not thank you for the abuse and the torque is nothing compared to a SL1200. Get some 2nd hand SL's or go Numark TTX as a second choice.

  • @foulmouthc1 hey thanks for tha info i will price a set of 1200s on ebay or craigs list

  • @foulmouthc1 you are right not compare to 1200 1500 or 1800 MKII , MKI series have the same motor, 1500 mKII in my opinion is the king, of this MkII but for cracht 1200 and 1800 are little better, but for precice super mixes Noting compare to 1500MKII if you find one. cheers.

  • @sircedric5 wich one 1500. no, you can try, but is not, if IF is 1500 MKII the yes , MKII is the same motor of 1200MKII, the model with not MKII, they will stop, if you try tu scracth or if yuo scratch when you go back to play will go very slow, like any other home turntable ....MKII be shure is MKII or Vestax tha is the clouses competitor.

  • where is the 1500MKII the king of turnatbles? no one have one to show?
