Ruthie, that looks so good and so easy. What I love about it is two things. 1. You don't have to heat up an oven in the summertime 2. You could make it low fat. So you don't drain the pineapple, right? (Have you ever had that strawberry pretzel salad?) some of the same ingredients but with a pretzel base. thanks for the recipe, Ruthie.

i'm not sure about the low fat - and your right - your suppose to drain the pineapple - I slipped and started to pour and remembered it but it mixed well anyway.. Popporac mention about the pretzel one - i need to find it - i'd like to try that..
