Pretty difficult, I just sold a 2001 I bought new, and I was getting queries from all over the country when I posted it on Craigslist, and ended up with a mini-bidding war, this in the middle of an economic downturn. They were kind of ignored when they first came out, but there is quite a bit of demand now.
They will never re-issue this bike, it's gone for good. I thoroughly enjoyed mine for 7 years, but my interests changed to dualsport (KLX250)

I got a 2001 in may with only 6500 miles on it. couldnt believe my luck, it was a few towns away from me.

How difficult are these bikes to come by on the used bike market here in the States?
