oh I forgot to say that "Percy Jackson"in my opinion is best. Even if Ithink the movie wasn't that good, I think it was good enough to beat "Harry Potter" but if I hadn't read the books and just seen the movie I would probably say that "Harry Potter" is best, but the Percy Jackson books are so great. So I go for

I've never been a big fan of Harry Potter and when I started to read one of the books I just couldn't finnish it. And it's not because I'm a terrible reader, cause' I'm not I just didn't like the book. But I love the Percy Jackson and the olympians book series. But the movie wasn't that good, so if it is against the movies I would say "Harry Potter", but if it's against the books I would say "Percy Jackson"

there isn't any reason for this argument. The Harry Potter books are muuuuuuuuuuuuch b8r than the percy jackson ones. the movies are the best of harry potter too. The writing style of j.k. rowling is much b8r. the potter series is full of emotions. it is a series that has attracted the readers towards books in this advanced generation of internet, movies,etc. My vote shall definitely go to the Harry Potter series! Thumbs up if you agree!

harry potter gives me chills, laughter, tears, and the epicness is so gr8t!! t gives me so much emotion than percy jackson. no offence , i do like percy jackson but not as much as harry potter.

And with Harry potter books the characters grow on you and you can relate to alot of them and the books give you life lessons

@AstridTheAmazing written better? depends on what style of writing you like. percy jackson appeals to young and old, too, a lot of young like fiction, a lot of old like greek mythology. gaia is a traditional villian in greek mythology and chronos with luke make an awesome pair of villians. also someone may think someone's hot, u might not. there's sad deaths in percy jackson, too... like bianca. percy jackson chars grow on you too and you can relate too. ur argument is invalid.

Well I personally think Harry Potter in my opinion is the better series. Though you can't really say which world is stronger due to the fact that Harry Potter contains Greek Mythological remnants such as a Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, etc. And Greek World contains magical components too. But both are good books and movies but I just like Harry Potter better.

@TheQing11 in magical world all your powers reside within objects (like wands, horcruxes, deathly hallows) while in percy jackson's world if ur parent has given u a power it's within you. and you're wrong, in percy jackson there's archery, and percy can use water to his advantage. looking at it from other perspective, wands wouldn't work in percy's world, swords and shields work all the time.
