No money, just advice on photography. A digital camera reads the brightest thing in the scene and exposes for that. Move so that bright backdrop isn't in the photo,

Sorry I should not be so rude in my replies.

I was aware of the issue you mention, however I had no budget for this video, and it has been overcast for the past 2 weeks. Today was a rare sunny day.

Right now I'm renting a very small unit, and have no income at all, So I am not keen to go out driving to shoot the video out doors. Also, the interiour lights in thei unity are all fluro, not incandescant, so they have poor light.

At this moment I can't afford professional lights.

No offense taken... I can sympathize with you when it comes to lack of funds to support our toys but the "professional" lights I use in my cooking videos in the kitchen is a 100 watt bulb in a 6" aluminum reflector with a clamp to hold it in place.

Sure would be nice if you got rid of that bright back light and got proper lighting so you could see the main subject
