  • Looks like a kiln bomb! =O Hah, I trimmed 3.5 lbs of clay off of one of my platters this semester. I know how it sucks to have thick bottoms.

  • holy sheepers, she did a fine fine job chill! Looks good! Thank you for sharing, my fiance and I are fairly new to pottery, one of the things we both have been trying to do was the smaller top, You have explained it alot better than our instructor and I am ready to try it that way! Thanks for sharing, and I hope you make more videos, we found your video from a site we are buying our wheel from, I will keep an eye for more videos!

  • Very nice! I miss pottery!

  • Spent all the time on dealing with the top and lip. Bet the botton was heavy and thick.

  • Hhmmmmm.... wheel seems way too fast, didn't really centre it at the wheel head and if notice she works from way above the wheel head surface then up which is why she has to "carve" the bottom to shape.

She's still way better than me though so good luck to her.

  • You know I just looked at the blurb next to her vid and she hasn't touched any clay in two years!!, I feel like a rat for my last post and I now think she did a great job.

  • Too many clothes for playing with clay, Mike says :P
