How anyone can still have any confidence or trust in her , beats me ..She essentially abandoned her post as governor . Will she do the same if she's president ? Will she break down and be unable to lead the nation ?

Humm, but she did take an oath to best serve her office. So with 20 bogus ethics complaints, which she already beat 15 of, how can she best serve her office? Step aside maybe? Hate her all you want, but a reality check once and a while might be nice too.

If she is so innocent of the charges laid how does it benefit Alaska to have a Governor resign barely past the midpoint of the term?

Kidding aside, how does Alaska benefit from the governor resigning more than a year ahead of the expiration of the term of office?
