@cciemail yep, you can upgrade to 2.10 and have acoustic, bass and electric patches all in one. alternatively you can just put the guitar patches in the acoustic MS, it will fuction as normal but you need to bypass the AFL feature.

@ricardobjork there are no external effects in this vid at all. One mahicstomp is used for sims, a second for the delays. 0.03 is the direct sound, then I turn on an AC30 sim.

Are You ONLY using the Yamaha Magicstomp or you're using another Pedal to do get "that" Sound at 3:15 on that Video???? I mean, in this video at 0:34 I see you tweak the Delay Time knob and it goes from 627 to 734 in just two "steps", is there ANY Delay Type ON THIS GEAR that can go from 627 to 734 "step by step", like 627, 628, 629, etc.... ??
@LittleEmoBoy001 - not really, there's no comparison in terms of sound quality, Garage band is more of a toy for beginers. I record with Magicstomps preferably, they are an integral part of my rig, I hate using plug-ins anyway, you loose a lot of personality and end up re-hashing everything and loosing the original plot often. :-)
No garage band comes with everything, Equalizers, preamp settings, effects, everything. The only limitation is what speaker's you're running it through. You can gig with garage band if you set it up with a good amp.
Hi I'm thinking of getting a Magicstomp but I'm a bit concerned about what effects you can use simultaneously. People seem to say they can only use 1 at a time, yet you seem to be using amp sims, delay/verb, and modulation at the same time.

JohnDaleLive, I have a big effects rig, can this reproduce all my stuff even a TS-808? Im running it all right now and turning the gain down and turning it back up on my TS-808 but I cant tell any sound difference! Magicstomp, is it the godzilla of effects or what?
These sounds were direct to PC with an AC30 sim from a 2nd MS. I used a nashville tele and no other effects. There will always be variations, but generally when I use these sounds with just an OD before them they sound just like this, but more realistic.
Thanks for this. Doesn't the sound obtained depend a lot on what amplifier and settings are used (unless played clean) plus what type of pickups the guitar has? Also to a certain extent string gauge?

That's actually 4 modulated delays with the depth in series to produce alternating intervals.
