  • So umm.. uhh....uhh

  • The EMT hat makes her feel important

  • "Wow. I am seeing a wide complex tachycardia. I am considering cardioversion"

    Check for a pulse???? big change in treatment if no pulse!

  • 5:19 basically sums up the mood in my ambulance most of the time, even when there's a patient on board :)

  • Who is she calling at 00:49? and 02:55? is this a doctor she is calling?

  • thank you very much I enjoyed it pretty funny too poor patient he got shocked!

  • hahaha awesome vid mate! the other week we made one about welding with a defib if i can find i will post.

  • Aloha From Maui! EMT Intern, thanks for making the video! BSI Go! hahaha

  • "not again!?...." are you interested in any other jobs ie paper clip counter.

    fried him real good at 5:46 yup. then you get the acadamy award at 6;30

    love it great work. cheers

  • I love you!

  • I assume this patient was unstable because you're attempting to cardiovert his wide-complex tachycardia without IV access or sedation but you did not verbalize any other clues that would make clear the patient's hemodynamic status. AHA guidelines are 100j for cardioversion of wide-complex tachycardias.

  • 5:01 -> Waxing EMT-Style ...ouch ...hahahaha

  • lmaooooo 5:43 amazingly funny great vid

  • awesome~!! hahahahaha

  • i understand that this is just a demonstration video but i have a quick question. I was under the impression that for a wide complex tachycardia with a pulse start cardioverting at 100 J ? is that just my region? i know for A-flutter and SVT you start at 50 J. or am i just confusing myself?

  • You could be right. In our region, we have to call a signal, to the MD, before we are allowed to continue with synchronized cardioversion. The MD could follow AHA guidelines or they may choose differently. In that case, the joules could start at 50J, 100J or beyond. In my region, it all depends on the MD.

  • hehe...very good and informative...thank you very much

    ps- bloopers were a good touch :)

  • Loved the bloopers.

  • 5:41 -->LOL! XD

    Very informative video,thank you!:)
