Just to let you know in the earlier days of the Balikatan Exercises back in 2000, the US Army and the Philippine Army had a shooting exercise. The US were using M4's with scopes and the Phil. Army w/ m16 on iron sights, US have more than 6 inches of variations on the targets than 2 inches of the Phil.
