It really does, I personally hate it for evil snake in it, why the hell every show which includes a snake must have evil snake in it??, and in this cartoon evil snake is a regular character, which makes it just awful and extremely ordinary

That I do not know. And it appears the Wikipedia article has been butchered. But Australia is Region 4, isn't it? If anything, I think it's more likely to be available in Region 4 than Region 1.
