Canada has twice as many immigrants per capita as the United States. And if you exclude the poor, filthy Mexicans, who have nowhere else to go than the USA, we attract four times as many immigrants.
If no one is dying to come to Canada, how come 1/5th of Canada is foreign born compared to only 1/10th of Americans. And most of those are Mexicans, who, like I said, literally have nowhere else to go.
