@Team4Aces yes it 3mins to make a play or else u will get a warning of stalling 2 warnings is a game loss plus there is 40mins to fishin sll duels

dark coffin activates in the grave. Thats why royal decree and cold wave won't stop it. Love the deck, btw.

Cold Wave does stop Dark Coffin because it triggers in the Grave, and Cold Wave prevents spell/trap cards to trigger. But Skill Drain will still work under Cold Wave since its continuous ;)

i am kinda surprised not to see level eater.

I run my build with level eater and it works perfectly.

If you have a live scrap dragon and want to get rid of a backrow before using your normal summon or set, you can always bring back level eater and get a free plus.

I guess level eater is just personal prefrence. :)

What about Dark End Dragon? It's a great out to Shooting Star Dragon, and it's very possible to bring out in this build.

@bsasuke21 you don't always have scrap dragon on field, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't play cards that go nuts when you do. Mind control takes care of a lot of threats, even though book of moon exists, and it definitely goes hard when the dragon hits the board, so it's a better addition to this deck than, say, sabers. Because book of moon is at 3, maybe sabers should avoid it, but for scraps, i'd argue otherwise.

Very interesting build. I like scraps with a bit of defense too, though my friend's build is a bit different (2 warnings, 3 dualities). One thing I think should definitely change is -1 arcnite +1 seven star scrap guy. You don't bring out arcanite that often at all but I do find a few situations where you have chimera in hand and only goblin in grave. Double coffin in interesting, considering you only run 1 duality, but whatever works. Lastly, I think you can run one more golem because of reaper.

Hey Miles, great deck and happy to see someone pilot scraps to the top. I liked your idea of siding in the decrees very solid. What I wanted to ask you was why are you not running warning or judgment? Any reason behind it?

@PhamousGames LP cost was unnecessary. It lead to me losing games instead of maintaining control. They're just not needed, 3 Book of Moon deals with any scary monster (like Brionac, since it stops synchros from happening), but i definitely lack any kind of good answer to Mind Control. :P But that's just one card, so it's really not that big of a deal.

I personally like scrap searcher. The Golem combo is great but its best with just getting golem out if you draw it as well as just setting up for blocks or econ plays. Dump with storm and get its effect off. It's saved me many many times. Good deck and good luck. Well done.

Interesting deck. Just one thing to note is that Dark Coffin won't activate under Cold Wave. Dark Coffin has a trigger like effect which activates after it is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, however if Cold Wave is active Coffin's effect cannot activate.

@TeamMinoritySPG Here's the OCG ruling I was referring to, which is the closest thing to covering if i can activate it or not. Thus, while the effect of "Cold Wave" is active, neither player can,

* set Spell and Trap Cards from his hand.

* activate Spell and Trap Cards from his hand.

* activate Spell and Trap Cards which are Set in the Spell & Trap Card Zone.

* activate the effect of Spell and Trap Cards which are already face-up on the field, such as the effect of "Wave-Motion Cannon"

@TheMilesKid Here is the TCG ruling: The Trigger Effects of Spell and Trap Cards, like "Begone, Knave!" or "Card of Safe Return", cannot activate while "Cold Wave's" effect is applied.

It doesn't mater if the card is on the field or not, b/c Cold Wave straight up prevents the activation of spells/traps that start a chain. Dark Coffin is one of those cards. Don't worry about it though. Just remember that ruling for future situations =P.
