  • wish i seen this video a week before.

  • The greatest criminals the world has ever seen are not rapist, murders and those who rob banks. They are those who work within your government.

The CIA sells drugs. The Military kills innocent civilians. Presidents and Congress make the wrong decision when going to war and often choose the wrong nations to attack.

When a policeman breaks the law they are normally suspended. When you break the law you are fined or placed in jail. True justice does not exist America.

  • @Celebrity729 I completely agree with you.Im glad that you see the truth.

  • Any evidence which causes you to be potentially guilty over any matter thus fuels and empowers the justice system financially. It is better to remain quiet than to spurge out any information.

The justice system is built first on money, secondly on quota and a smaller percentage on true justice. If you were to evaluate the justice system fully you would find that the majority of its crimes are twisted by the District Attorney's and or higher officials to create a winning case for the state.

  • Does most of these videos apply to Canada?

  • @Gorkounov fuck canada. thats the LAW

  • Sapp v. Tallahasee, 348 So. 2nd. 363, Reiff v City of Philadelphia, 477 F. Supp. 1262, Lynch v. N.C. Dept of Justice 376 S.E. 2nd. 247 “It is not the duty of US police to protect Americans. Their job is to protect the corporation and arrest code breakers for the corporation.”

US vs. Valentine 288 F. Supp. 957 it was decided that: “The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States.”

  • WRONG! WATCH GORDON HALL 1-17. 4 doors 1)Accept 2)Conditionally accept 3)Ignore (silent) and 4)Argue. The first 2 you are a creditor you will always win, the second 2 you are a debtor and will always lose. Do not dummy up, there is a reason they recommend so. Lawyers can lie, judges can lie, cops can lie. Don't be silent. Asking questions makes one AS-KING. Even if you go to jail, you will get out and if you say the magic word trespass you will get the keys to the kingdom Common law trespass.

  • I once said after being read my mirandas "Officer I would like to exercise my rights and choose to remain silent" lol 3 days in jail and no charge have been filed yet

  • The kid tried to get away, so i grabbed the tops to two trash cans and beat his face with them, and i pulled him up and kicked his stomach. He was screaming, and i told him i was the fucking officer, and i had the right to kill his ass. I beat him with my brass fucking knuckles, and bashed in his chest. It brung me joy to see the little bastard scream in pain. I got a hard dick when i seen the fear and agony in his face, and i lost it and killed him. Noone said shit, they knew they would die.

  • Yes the fuck we are. When i was an officer, i seen this dumbass looking 6-yer-old riding his bike in the street, so i pulled out my gun and went over there. I tackled him down and asked him where the fuck his parent's where. He said they went to the store, so i asked him to get in my patrol car, and i'd take him there. He got in the car and i drove him to an alley, and i threw him out the car, and beat him senseless with my fists, and pounded down his testicles with my baton, and shot him.

  • I'm thirteen. Why the Hell am I watching these.

  • Yes the fuck we are. We can say whatever we want because were the officers and your the useless nutsacks.

  • Dawm I wish I wouldve seen these videos 15 years ago. I would have so many lawsuits!!!!!

  • Fuck da police

  • And remember ''to shut up''

  • am i allowed to lie to the police?

  • @BlotchedMind No!! You are allowed to remain silent, but not lie. They can lie to you though. The real fun is to answer their questions with your own questions. EX: Cop asks: "Where are you coming from?" Answer: "Why do you ask?" "Do you have anything in your vehicle that you shouldn't have?" Ans: Are you accusing me of something ,sir?" "Where areyou going?" Ans: Do you have a need to know sir?" Etc. If you already know you are getting a ticket, this behavior can't make things any worse.

  • One of the jobs of cops is to get information out of people, and they usually don't have any scruples about how they do it. Cops are legally allowed to lie when they're investigating, and they are trained to be manipulative. The only thing you should say to cops, other than identifying yourself, is the 'Magic Words': "I am going to remain silent. I want to see a lawyer."

    (author of this sentence unknown)

  • @inspireforummotion You are correct... however that approach WILL guarantee a citation and a requirement to show up at court. Even today with the transparency of online information... you will still be found guilty of your minor offences and violations. And not to mention the bigger crimes you'll have to defend yourself against. People... these videos are a lawyers wet dream. Who benefits when you "flex your rights" on petty shit???

  • @inspireforummotion author of this sentence = criminals

  • 18 cops watched this

  • this stuff should be taught continuously in school

  • regardless of wether im a walking pharmacy i dont want some cop to grab my balls and give me a cavity search because i dont want to be harassed. if its their job as an officer to defend the law then its my duty as an american to be FUCKING FREE.

  • I want him as my attorney

  • This had nothing to do with "Are the Police allowed to lie to you. Its probably because the Supreme Court has ruled that the police can.

  • this show makes the police look like an enemy... and thei're teaching criminals how to avoid being searched/arrested by the police...

If you're not doing anything wrong... why not cooperate?

    Stupid americans.

  • @ZzRvXzZ so true

  • @ZzRvXzZ Because the police here are stupid in some ways. In some areas, they get so sick of dealing with people that look a certain way that they proceed to just act like everyone who looks a certain way acts like that. Then the proceed to harass them. I used to work in Detroit, which is an area in Michigan in the United States where the leading criminals were black males. The sad part was, even the black police officers would harass everyday NORMAL, non-criminal black males. That is justice?

  • @ZzRvXzZ The police r the enemy! you take a look around you ppl. look how and where this world is going. people just simply dnt care in the world anymore. those cops do whatever they can to make money. EVERYTHING is about MONEY AND GREED AND POWER. corruption is the biggest problem in the world. were losing our rights EVERYDAY and no one is sticking up for anything untill everyone has nothing left and we all fight.

  • @ZzRvXzZ if you are a true enemy, you will get whats coming to you, (every dog has his day) but this is for the innocent who r found guilty. for God sake, you see it everyday!! YOU ARE GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. LEARN YOUR RIGHTS PPL. USE THEM OR LOSE THEM!!

  • @Lincolnracer16

    cool story bro.

  • Comment removed

  • police can suck it they always get in my jam like as if i was strolling 2:03 a.m and ak questions....

  • so sit there like a dum ass

  • "So ask for a REAL lawyer, and shut up." AMEN!

  • The one who is persuaded by honeyed words or moral suasion to testify or produce documents rather than make a last ditch stand, simply loses the protection. . . . He must refuse to answer or produce, and test the matter in contempt proceedings, or by habeas corpus." [Emphasis added]

    Commonwealth vs. Shaw, 4 Cush. 594, 50 Am.Dec. 813; Orum vs. State, 38 Ohio App. 171, 175 N.E. 876.

  • You MUST Speak-up an say " I Do NOt Consent to this"

"The privilege against self-incrimination is neither accorded to the passive resistant, nor the person who is ignorant of his rights, nor to one indifferent therein. It is a fighting clause. Its benefits can be retained only by sustained combat. It cannot be claimed by attorney or solicitor. It is valid only when insisted upon by a belligerent claimant in person." McAlister vs. Henkel, 201 U.S. 90, 26 S.Ct. 385, 50 L. Ed. 671

  • 0:20 Like a boss.

  • yES IM KNOW READY TO START MY CRACK BUISINES

  • @nevno1 Good thing too, obviously you are not even educated enough to be a janitor.

  • Man, fuck the 5-0.

  • haha stupid ass video the job of a police officer is to help the community thats what most people join the force for. people hate cops when they get pulled over but yet when they need their help. yeah funny how you can hate someone yet call them when you need help. the military gets praised for their job but all their doing is protecting your freedom likes cops do they protect your freedom by making sure those that are out to harm you are arrested.next time you say fuck the police go fuck urself

  • @AgentO47 lol i think what he meant was fuck the corruption in the police force

It was just abbreviated because the previous lyrics wouldn't of been as lyrical

Let me ask you a question, Would you be for taking away his ability to say fuck the police?

  • @AgentO47 Why is this a stupid video again? Police are legally allowed to lie to citizens, so why is it bad advice to not listen to their "deals"? This has nothing to do with hate for cops, this has to do with exercising your rights and not talking to the police or making deals with them. Is that bad?

  • @AgentO47 SAdly thats not fully true, if theyn really wanted to protect the interests and freedoms of the people, they'd stop targeting poor communities and start arresting CEO's of banks and large companies that illegally obtain permits, harass and intimidate and buy our politicians.

  • @Halliwell0rain Yeah those CEOs are breaking into my house and stealing my stuff. Robbing and shooting the 7/11 clerk as well as selling crack on the street corner. Shut up and grow up.

  • @Migatodexter Those CEO's are stealing from everybody, which causes people to turn to alternate means to fuel their habbits to escape the miserable existance they have been handed down as members of the lower class. Those CEO's will take your house, and your money, and you can't fight back. So if your boss's business goes under because of the finacial crisis caused by the bankers and you lose your job, do you think they'll care why you can't make the payments? They're evil.

  • @Halliwell0rain You have bought into the government's lie that the evil corporations caused this mess when in fact the government passed every regulation and law that made them rich and destroyed the economy. They were warned decades ago that their actions would result in this collapse and now that its here they have to convince people like you its not their fault to keep their power. The lower class are like pets to them, give you treats and you'll follow them like little puppies. Grow up !

  • @Migatodexter Corporations donate huge amounts of money to said politicians in the government, why do you think they pass such ridiculous laws? The lower class are cattle, the police are the cattle dogs, while the powerful repa the rewards for the hard labour. Next time a politician passes a law you don't agree with, or that makes your life harder, take a look at which corporations support the politician and have donated to their campaign.

  • @Halliwell0rain Politicians can be bought and that is the corporations fault? If the politicians weren't corrupt the corporations donations would be moot. The politicians are elected by the people and have an obligation to do the voters. Corporations only have an obligation to their stockholders.. Your point that the police are here to control the lower class is leftist spew. And people that spread that spew make me want to be rude.

  • @Migatodexter I'm not trying to be a jerk to you, just take a look for yourself. If you still don't agree I won't push it, but there's no need to be rude.

  • In this situation you might say if you dont take this mans great advice... "officer, are you presuming to offer me legal advice"? Before you say this you might want to ask if all of this is being recorded.

  • Maybe this is just my experience but I've gotten off on drug offenses for just being honest and straight up. I had a cop throw my pot into the woods and let me go before. Another time, my friend and I got pulled over and he had weed and a bowl, and the cop chucked the bowl to save him from getting a criminal conviction (It is decriminalized where I live, but a bowl is still a criminal offense) He actually told us that he was fine with the pot, and he would rather it over dealing with a DUI stop.

  • Make a video on video taping a cop by any means even a iPhone what is the laws on that

  • Its always a black guy

  • The police do not care if you are innocent or guilty. They just want to find someone, make the arrest, and let the court decide guilt or innocents. It is not there job to find the right person. They just have to look like they did there job and go home safely at the end of there shift.

  • @rwp1405 I adore the mass of text book hasty generalizations. Makes all the officers who do their jobs with due diligence lose just that much hope in the public opinion.

  • @JanderStrahd I know. I've always found that being straight up with an officer ends up being pretty understanding. Especially the ones who got into the job to actually serve and help their fellow man. I've gotten out of so many tickets and even more serious things by just being honest.

At least three or four tickets. Cop asked me why I was speeding- "To be honest, I was just trying to get there faster. I have no real good reason to be doing it." Every time but once they just let me off.

  • @JanderStrahd One can only extract knowledge from personal expiriance or through the expiriance of those who share there knowledge. True many of the comments can be called generalizations, but mixed with them are real people who have lived through something that has brought them to there conclusions. One bad apple can ruin a whole barrel. It is not fair to the others and I hope that they are acknowleged for there good duties.

  • fuck the police

  • idkwhy, but i laughed really hard when he said "shut up"

  • I say fuck the police because they bring no peace

  • Officers are there to hold you accountable for your actions. Your best way to go with police is to be kind, and very easy to deal with. Doing this makes cops be easier on you, and usually assist you in getting lesser charges.

  • yes they can ...and so can your government, nice to hu?

  • Sounds like a bad "Boys in the hood" movie (

  • @WannaBeDj100 Better listen to him Trey

  • i have been arrested three times and was lied to by cops everytime! just do yourself a favor and shut up! don't say a word. that really pisses em off too.the only sentence you should say to a cop is" am i being detained or am i free to go?" say that like forty times.

  • So, ask for a real lawyer AND SHUT UP!

  • ACAB!!!

  • How to get out of any situation. Once you say, i want a lawyer, they cant legally ask you anymore questions, and if they ask you questions after you say you want a lawyer, they cant use any of that in court

  • FUCK THE POLICE YALL

  • So in other words we are not allowed to Lie to cops but they can Lie to us ?

  • @AmericanNinja85

You CAN lie to cops. The reason cops are able to lie to you is BECAUSE you can lie to them. True your lies will be exposed in court, but it's to give officers fair game to get answers.

  • If he has you handcuffed, remember. You can still bite your tongue open and spit blood in his face.

  • couldnt pay me enough to be a buster

  • So, If the officer, who deals with thousands of convicts every year wants to offer you with an accurate, hepful hint on how to stay out of trouble. You should ignore him and not say anything without a lawyer present? Police aren't animals, they're simply people trying to protect the law and I see no problem with an officer talking to a young boy on how to stay out of trouble. The point he tried to make makes sense, but the example is bullshit.

  • @PayneProdutions said: "If the officer... wants to offer you with an accurate, hepful hint on how to stay out of trouble..."

How can you be sure. Officer think they are allowed to lie.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Why would they lie? I mean if they're giving you a life lesson and they're not trying to get information out of you they'd have no reason to lie.

  • @PayneProdutions true but some are just total douches

  • POLICE STATE; What constitution and amendments rights do they strip next. F Obama and his Socialist path his follows,. Big deal if he is the first Black Ameican to hold the seat as President. He had no experience for this job. Yes I generalize when I say fuck the cops. You will see that they will turn on their own cities citizens when things get rough. Just lkike the civil war, bother against brother.

  • Hell yea!! Fuck the fuzz

  • this video just discourages people from cooperating with detectives and district attorneys. trash.

  • Since when did lying to people become legal and completely beating someone down self defense?

  • lawyers are "mostly" scum of the earth

  • @Badam16 You say that.... until you get arrested for some dumb shit and a lawyer gets you off.

  • @Badam16 Cops are that filmy buildup between the scum and the earth.

  • wow im really starting to like this guy

  • fuck the police!

  • @jasonmpeate Fuck you.

  • So all your videos are trying to make me a paranoid tweeker?

  • lol there always black... im black so its ok

  • ask for a lawyer and MOST importantly= +* SHUT UP!*+=

  • that white man just told me to shut up....

  • FUCK THE POLICE

  • Officer...why am I being stopped? Officer responce" I don't have to answer your questions either...here's your ticket friend.

  • @scarecrow1958 ... You are wildly dumb. An officer is ABSOLUTELY required to identify the law that he or she is charging you.

You are among the braindead sheep that is perfectly happy with living in a police state.

  • @scarecrow1958 You don't have to answer? Then I don't have be here..stick that ticket up your ass, friend! Vroom!

  • @shovelheadroad Tupac got off for killing a cop who decided to do something like that.

  • @scarecrow1958 that may be true but the officer will answer your lawyers questions when it goes before a judge.

  • @scarecrow1958 fuck u pig

  • @scarecrow1958 except they do have to tell you why you are being stopped.

  • @scarecrow1958 actually they do, and if they don't you can sue for wrongful arrest or whatever might have had happened in that situation

  • @scarecrow1958 - Not like that. Rather, "I will bring in the dogs if you don't let me search your car" type of lie.

  • @scarecrow1958 I don't know if you are kidding, but under Amendment XI (6) of the Constitution (also part of our Bill of Rights), you have the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.

  • @Laz3rT3ch

he is NOt accussing him of anything

he is just asking him a question, and making a statement

  • @Laz3rT3ch Since when is Amendment XI part of the Bill of Rights? Pretty sure the Bill of Rights includes the first ten amendments only.

  • @Laz3rT3ch Lol XI = 6? Last time i looked 6 is VI and XI is 11.

  • @Laz3rT3ch The roman numeral for 6 is VI, and XI would mean 11.

  • @Laz3rT3ch XI is 11, not 6. The more you know.

  • @Laz3rT3ch Only for the actual charging process. Up until that point they can say what they like.

  • @scarecrow1958 I WISH!

  • lol keep pressing 0:22 for shut up

  • Comment removed

  • fuck the police

  • @Zander69fuk

There are good cops & scumbag cops...the fact that you're generalizing like that shows you're just as ignorant as any bigot that puts a blanket statement like that against ANY group of people.

  • @Zander69fuk FUCK YOU

  • @MrSames660 So I think your an officer right??

  • @23ALEX24 No I'm not I just have RESPECT for the people who protect and serve the people I'll admit some cops are just on a power trip but most of them jsut want to help people grow the fuck up you fags

  • @Zander69fuk Don't just fuck the police. Take the police on a couple expensive dates to some fancy restaurants. Buy the police gifts. Tell the police you love the police and then fuck the police. Then suddenly start ignoring the police, stop returning the police's calls and remove the police on facebook. Make the police cry.

  • @SexiJayyyy Attack them were it'll hurt them... THEIR HEARTS! (but we all know they dont have them :P)

  • @SexiJayyyy

I genuinely laughed at this comment.

    You win one free internet.

  • @Zander69fuk might as well fuck your rights, with attitude like that, have fun taking your mugshot.

  • YA NIGGA FUCK THE POLICE IM GONNA DO ALL I LEARNED ON THESE VIDEOS.

  • A police officer's job is not to "FIND, ARREST, and HELP CONVICT YOU", their job is to serve and protect. Now...while I will admit that many police officers out there can be big assholes and can pull stuff like this, there are some really good cops who care and do their jobs well.

  • @forealzman Sorry but that is exactly their job. The state wants your money off tickets, and cops have a quota of tickets they need to write each month. If they're low on it you can bet they're ticket you for anything they can, eg the guy that got ticketed for putting his feet up on the subway seat at something like 3am when the car was practically empty. There are some good cops for sure, just not enough of them.

  • but if it was a white cop, black kid, he'd be getting the s*** beat out of him for being "beligerent"

  • Spoken like a true defense lawyer

  • Btw, it is worth noting that the "right to lie" that the police have DOES NOT give police the right to mislead suspects about their constitutional rights. Cops cannot lie to you about what the Constitution does or does not allow you to do because it is unconstitutional to mislead someone about their constitutional rights. If cops lie to you about your rights and then get evidence off you as a result, then the evidence can't be used in court since it was obtained by unconstitutional means.

  • Damn right, the only word out your mouth should be "lawyer". Don't help those bastards one bit.

  • This man is an idiot. He asked is a cop allowed to lie to you. The very short and true answer is...YES they are. Does that mean they all do or will...No it doesn't.

  • What if they ask me for my name? Am I aloud to not answer them since I don't have the assistance of a lawyer?

  • Before admiring people and organizations, research their history.

Every worldwide organization since history has done good and evil - depending on how you interpret them and want to believe. Study history from different sources.

  • whatever happened to "serve and protect"?

  • @aznmetalpower Haha you mad kid?

  • SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!

  • Hey the top comment is about chicken nuggets. TIME FOR ME! BOOBBBIIEEZ!!

  • @Lethalis1234 shut the fuck up

  • the answer to the question is YES

  • I feel police lying brings up all sorts of illegal words in my head - misrepresentation, entrapment, coerced-testimony, inappropriate evidence gathering. I mean misleading is one thing but are we talking about straight up lying as in "no we don't need a warrant"?

  • It blows my mind that people have to be told that cops can lie to them. It raises the obvious question of "Why the hell can the cops lie to me?" and "How do we make it so cops can't lie to me?"

It annoys me to no end that people call them defenders, they may be- don't get me wrong- but they are instructed to deceive you.

The classes that one takes to become a cop include ways to get people to waive their rights. "Yes, sir, you're free to go *2 steps away, come back* mind if I search your car?"

  • @darris321 - Interesting. How many classes have you taken to become a cop?

  • @ModernGolfer 4. they were not classes to become a cop, they are criminal justice classes, it's one of my majors. but i sense that you were attempting to make it look like i've never taken any classes.

    it's called disengagement.

I'm glad you found it interesting. would you like to learn more dishonest tactics?

  • @darris321 - Asking "come back, mind if I search your car?" ISN'T a lie, nor is it a deception. There is nothing deceitful whatsoever in asking permission to search a vehicle.

I can't opine about EVERY PD everywhere, or where you live, but I can assure you, and the other readers here, that cops are NOT taught to "get people to waive their rights".

That's simply a false allegation made by someone, as you noted, that has NOT taken clasees to become a cop.

  • @ModernGolfer Yes it is deception. You know that if they were fully informed of their right to say "No, you cannot search my car" they would probably say no. Instead of straight up telling them, they say "okay you're free to go..." at which point, you're totally free to go, then they say "oh, you mind if i search your car?"

because they have found that people are more likely to not stand up for their rights under that circumstance.

  • @ModernGolfer They are classes that you take to become a cop, but that doesn't mean that, if you take them, you must become a cop, genius.

I have several classmates who are going to be cops. I HAVE taken classes to become a cop, I just will probably not become a cop.

Another dishonest tactic is saying "hey off the record, did you X?" i.e. not off the record i.e. lying.

or "i'm not here to arrest anybody, but did you x?" then arresting them. I.e. lying.

  • @ModernGolfer how can you assure me and the other readers of something when we haven't even finished this discussion? you just thought I wouldn't be able to explain? you must be a cop yourself lol misleading people

  • now that shit is true haha Fuck The Police!

  • "ask for a real lawyer and shut up"

In Other Words: "Be a dick to the cops so you get yourself into a bind and have to find yourself a lawyer. And hire us because we helped you out by putting videos on youtube"

  • @yonkersfugitive Or give the police all the info they want, and then lawyers can't help you.

  • @yonkersfugitive Or give the police all the info they want, and then lawyers can't help you.

  • @yonkersfugitive Asking for a lawyer is not being a dick; stop trying to lie to people about the rights that they have.

  • @yonkersfugitive that comment made my eyes bleed liquid stupidity

  • 00:24 no you shutup

  • i fricking wishd i kept my mouth shut.

    now im fukd.

    GG world. i hate u

  • The otherside of the story which is not mention in this video is that cop have the right to exersice discrection...at least for minor offences ( obviously if you are accused of murder you probably shouldnt be looking on youtube for advice)

The police can simply give a warning if they wish-- but if you dont cooperate with the police they arent inclined to just let you off with a warning

  • If I don't answer the police questions, they may torture me and then arrest me on assaulting an officer, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, etc. DO NOT FOLLOW THIS LAWYERS ADVICE!!! DO SO AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!

  • fuck the police

  • So they're there to.... FAH you?

  • That's assuming you can AFFORD one! All the rights in the world aren't going to do you any good if you can't afford to defend them.

  • @skudaarkaat1 In the U.S. one will be appointed for free if you qualify. Requirements are pretty much to be broke and have a case. If there's never a case of it you won't have to worry about defending yourself so just ignore the cop's "advice."

  • That guy has a cool voice, it's all echoing and stuff.

  • you know how i know that this is bullshit? because the cop is the black guy

  • i hate american pig cops. mostly all cops but the time i got busted for smoking weed one officer found a braceknuckle or how u say it in my jacket and u can get a HEAVY fine and even go 2 jail ive heard but he told me since i was under age and all and he understood it was 4 protection he would just throw it away and forget about it. now thats pretty flippin cool. i dont live in america tho, lol

  • in the longer video where this video stems from, the video earlier spoke of lies states at; {BUSTED: The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters} 32:00, that (after stretching the truth of her age) the police officer goes to say " valerie you just lied to us, do you know that i can arrest you for that for obstructing justice, and falsifiyng a statement to a police officer" im wondering if that applies vice a versa to the police officer

  • @troi1992 No, and thats the point of these video's. Police can, and do, lie to you any time they want. Frazier v. Cupp, "[t]he fact that the police misrepresented the statements that [the defendant's cousin] had made is, while relevant, insufficient in our view to make this otherwise voluntary confession inadmissible. These cases must be decided by viewing the 'totality of the circumstances,' and on the facts of this case we can find no error in the admission of petitioner's confession."

  • @troi1992

Police certainly can't legally lie in court, but are generally legally allowed to lie about other things.

  • he did not lie, he told the truth, he is with, in the same vehicle, citizen to a police man, the police and as the police said im here to help you out. that was no lie; it was not specified how the police would be helping the boy out. but he certainly is guiding him.

  • nobody talks everybody walks

  • @leatherman665 snitches get stitches
