@kingpieman99 when do intend to join? The only reason ask, is that they have currently suspended all pilot recruitment for the foreseeable future, which would imply several years. Furthermore, 1/3 of trainee pilots were axed last year, and further cuts are intended to be made this year. Your only other option is Army Air Corp, however i am unaware of their situation, or become a commercial pilot, who's recruitment has also severally declined, and fly acrobatics on the side. Cheers.

@kingpieman99 it shouldn't be an issue for you then. By the time you have graduated from university, recruitment should be up and running again. After all, we are talking 9 years.

@kingpieman99 Your lucky mate, hopefully the doors will open up for you generation after you finish university. I had my interview set for Cranwell entry, however i was rejected due to the recruitment freeze, im at university now. I hope to get into flying in the future, commercial pilot training is very expensive, if you want all certificates and qualifications + hours your looking at £70,000+.
