Actually Methos is fromt he TV show. He shows up in a couple episodes of season 3 and becomes a major character in 4 through 6. In my opinion he's the best character to ever come out of Highlander. Really really cool.

There was a line like that in something else. I don't recall what it was but the character says "I was there to watch christ die"
It might have been Methos in Highlander.
