I like the contrast towards the end with Alizee's deep voice and her backup singers' ghostly vocals :D and she's so pretty! In 2010, she's not childlike or "innocent" like she was with Farmer, but she's still charming as ever.

I also think mon maquis is one of the best of the album. Alizee can be so much more than just a poppy girly singer. This song is darker and really well done.

This seemed like an unwanted orphan, to me, when I first listened to it. I kept waiting for Alizee to sing, during the quietly lyrical orchestration. She never does. She gently raps, in her soothing liquid low voice, between the musical refrains. No surprise, it grows on you, with repeated listening. Truly a charmer, this lass.

In Europe thier "live" concerts are recorded from thier CD's. In this one it is live I think. And yes this one is live and most of her songs from this concert were live real singing. By the way, never heard Alizee kinda rap. MAkes me like another whole side of her.
