That saying about a little bit of what you fancy does you good, yes well this evening i started to break open the chocolate that my mum bought me for christmas, it was three big bars, but i was very good i just had two squares ! that is all & forgot the rest & put it back in the cupboard, well ive got to get my chlolestrol down as well, i had a healthy tea stir fry with peppers & red onions so i dont want to defeat the object !
about the bacon Arthur, it causes so they say "Pancreatic cancer" sorry about my spelling, i got the medical book out & still cant spell it !
