  • Got a pair of these myself recently for £50 off my Dad, he even did the wiring on my bike for me! They're awesome gloves.

  • just a thought! can you not run the cables down the inside of your sleeves to the gloves?

  • How much you paid for them?

  • Hello again. I was wondering if you had a problem with whether they are waterproof enough as the instructions suggest waterproofing the outer glove. Any thoughts on this or a product that is suitable? Cheers in advance :)

  • @ddazzler64 The older gloves I used to have never leaked as the waterproof inner lining was excellent quality. I think they recommend waterproofing as the leather on the outside will get wet and treating it would be another barrier for the water to get through. So yes. they ARE waterproof. :-)

  • I'm looking at getting a pair of these gloves. Some people say they are over sized. I am a medium, would a medium pair of Gerbings fit do you think?

  • @indigestive .Like all bike clothing, the sizes can be inaccurate. I'm normally a size M- 8 but went for the L-9. If you look at Gerbing;s website they have a sizing chart there. Even normal, non Gerbing gloves have different fits/finger sizes etc so trying them on is the best thing to do.

  • Good , clear review Russ...thanks

  • Not cheap, but nothing is if its good. But gloves aint cheap anyway so it dont seem that bad a price for the extra warmth. My bike has a lead dangling similar to yours dont know what its for but something electrical i guess.

  • @thatmanfromyorkshire ..from past experience, your lead will be an optimate or Oxford oximiser charging lead. Years ago I spent a fortune on some Frank Thomas sub zero Aqua gloves and with my crappy circulation, I was srill freezing. These really are one of the best biking items I've owned.

  • Do you use these gloves all year round or just in the winter?

  • @kaiser9100 ..Good question. I have 3 pairs of gloves, Summer, of course, Winter normal and these bad boys that I only use when I need heated gloves, they last longer this way.

  • you should get commission :)

    easy to instal?

  • @ddazzler64 Very easy, just the 2 battery wires of course and the fused is built in to the plug.

  • @RoadcraftNottingham better start saving then :) tx

  • @ddazzler64 Oh, and I AM on a sort of commission cos I sell them (but if I didn't totally believe in them I wouldn't and couldn't sell them. :-)

  • Thank you :)

  • @KINGOSWALD ..You're welcome. They're great. :-)
