Well, to get some of your weapons back, (you don't get AK-47, rocket launcher back though, but you can get SMG etc.) right after Vance gets separated from you, take a look behind you for a SENTINEL. You should see your weapons behind it. Hopefully this helps you. :D

If you grab your guns in the start and drive the car up that starting staircase, you'll still be able to finish in time. But be careful not to run over Lance. After alot of stupid mistakes I finally got on the bike and Lance jumped infront if and died because he's an idiot
