Yeah right $10. The concrete and the 2x4 the motor, chain and pipe already cost more than $10. Still, props for the creativity. How'd the pig turn out?
@dynodon427 yea it's a little to fast. also you some bearings on the end to reduce friction, and your grill needs to be at least 8 inches longer on each side. but its awesome! I build smokers all the time and I remember my first one. it was the time with all the parts moving
Great job man!...Where did ya pick up the motor....I have a welding machine just need the material to tack it all together...Can I just buy the motor like that?

One advice. Fire must be at the ends, at the head and the back legs.

no offense but your motor is going too fast, fire is to small and your pig is poorly tied up.

I made one just like that for my mother-in-law but the bitch wouldn't stay still long enough for me to tie her to it!

Thats WAY too fast. It will get cooked, but with less heat and slower rotation the meat won't dry out. Keep up the good work. BBQ rules!

@bananax5000 no i think hes's doing just fine. he may be on to something . i think the speed is keeping it from burning unevenly.
