  • Very educational. I think anyone who eats fish should know how much work goes into growing, catching, and preparing fish. Seeing your video makes me appreciate every bit of fish I get!

  • @field16 Thanks for that, they say the oceans getting fished out so i'm showing how every bit of the fish can be used. thanks for watching, take care, cheers

  • @mugsyjeff great! can't wait for your next garden update!!

  • I ve never seen a fish done like that. Head and gil removal work on all species, fresh water? Even I just lop the head off.

  • @chris95069 Hi chris, i'm sure it does. i'm showing how every part of the fish can be used except the guts, gills & bones.I use the small fish frames, head & all for stock in thai tom yum soup. There's so much goodness in the parts people discard. anyway, thanks for watching, take care. cheers from jeff

  • When I was 9 years old my Great Uncle Michael taught me how to fillet a fish... and that's exactly the way he showed me. Now I want to go fishing because the Mackerel should be here now.

    Best Wishes, Brendan.

  • @baconsoda Thanks Brendan, I hope you can get onto those mackerel, good luck with that, take care, cheers from Jeff
