Nice vid with the exception of the freestyle. Truly competitive swimmers attempt to keep their feet from twisting as their torso rotates so as to keep the maximum thrust dynamic form the kick. Typically this is one of the first things you are taught moving from High School to College competitions.
Freestyle technically is an unregulated event where you can swim any stroke you like. As front crawl is the fastest stroke, freestyle is usually used as a synonym for front crawl.
yes. Back in the dark ages it was called the Australian Crawl. Technically "freestyle" really means any stroke, but once you start the swim you have to use the same stroke throughout. You could swim a "freestyle" race using breast, but you would be the slowest one in the heat.
If this guy were in a swimming competition, he would be the slowest swimmer there. The muscle groups would change depending on how the individual strokes were performed so there is no exact defined set of muscles which can be attributed to swimming. Good vid nonetheless.
Is that you or me, or him?

crawl stroke is the correct term. and actually at some meets when you do freestyle it means you can choose your stroke.

No, the muscles groups would change depending on when they showed up at random times on his skeletal remains.
