But Frost Breath is still my favorite. Took the title for good once I knocked a Blood Dragon out of the sky (and killed it) with it.

@Arnimann123 It wasn't the only thing it'd gotten hit with by a long shot; at full power it only does, if I recall correctly, about 18-20 damage per second over about 5 seconds, so at most that's 100 damage.

The fact that this all took place at the Winterhold College while the other mages were bombarding it with Firebolts and such took care of the rest; I just got the last shot in. ^_^
