Reason why is because you can snag someone walking behind you. And as for the court date, i wish it was BS but i really do have one in april from the DFG.

We didn't catch the shark - the guy next to us down the pier caught it. I think all he had for bait was shrimp & cut up smaller fish he'd caught.
