1998 - Undertaker. He defeated Kane at WM and at Unforgiven in the Inferno match.

1999 - Undertaker. He had the Ministry. 'nuff said.

2000 - Both. Kane dominated the first half of that year while feuding with X-Pac. 'Taker got the upper hand later that year by defeating Kane at SummerSlam.

2001 - They both joined forces as the Brothers Of Destruction.
