Tips:

1. Try tweening between points or camera tracking instead of frame by frame if you have many frames. You will need further adjustments but it will reduce work load a lot.

2. Don't use opacity alone. try set blendings like "add" or "screen" for a brighter more holografic effect.

3. Always put a little edge feather on keying the green-screen, to get rid of the sharp edges (this video had a pretty decent keying though).

Great tutorial, but you don't need to keyframe EVERY SINGLE frame. Try it yourself if you don't believe me. But you should keyframe most of them so you get it accurate.

@TheBlp1 You could use the search function in the effects window. I don't know if it's in CS3 or older, but it's definetly in CS4.

@SpicyNachoFilms You didn't mention it's almost one grand in price. Wouldn't bother getting After Effects unless you're planning to put a LOT of use into it, because they update yearly, and it's still not cheap to upgrade from one version to the new one.

You could do that if you put markers on your fingers. But there's always the possibility that the trackers will get messed up.
